Cancellation and Refund Policy

Online courses

Within 14 days of the purchase date you can get a refund without giving a reason, provided at most 20% of the lessons have been watched. Submit your request from the dashboard or by email to bilgi@kartalakademi.com; the refund is made to your payment method within 14 days at the latest. For installment payments the refund is sent to the bank in a single sum; when it appears on your card statement depends on your bank.

Package upgrade

When moving from a lower to a higher package you pay only the difference; your first payment isn't refunded but is counted toward the higher package.

In-person workshop

If you cancel seven days or more before the workshop date, the deposit is refunded in full. With less than seven days' notice the deposit isn't refunded, but you're entitled to one free date change to a later session.

Not eligible for refund

Requests after the 14 days, accounts where more than 20% of the lessons have been watched, and accounts closed for account sharing or copying content are outside the scope of refunds.
