Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties
Seller: [Company name], [Tax office / number], Mehmet Akif Mh, Bilen Sk, Çekmeköy, Istanbul, bilgi@kartalakademi.com, +90 533 650 23 10 (hereinafter "Kartal Academy").<br/>Buyer: the user whose first name, last name, email and phone appear on the order form (hereinafter "Student").
2. Subject
This agreement governs the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the online video course package (digital content) that the Student purchased electronically via kartalakademi.com, whose features and sale price are stated on the order page.
3. Product and price
The name, content (number of video lessons, feedback period, certificate type, access period) and total price including VAT of the purchased package are shown in the order summary. For card payment, the chosen number of installments and any interest surcharge are clearly stated before payment. Prices are in Turkish Lira.
4. Delivery
The digital content is unlocked automatically in the Student's account ("My lessons") after the payment is confirmed. For payment by bank transfer, delivery is made within 1 business day at the latest after the amount is received. There is no physical delivery; no shipping fee is charged.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content performed instantly electronically and delivered with the Student's consent. Beyond this legal rule, Kartal Academy offers the following refund guarantee in the Student's favour: Within 14 days of the purchase date, the Student may request a refund without giving a reason, provided at most 20% of the lessons have been watched. The refund is made to the payment method used within 14 days at the latest. For in-person workshop bookings, the deposit is not refunded for cancellations less than seven days before the date.
6. Student's obligations
The course content is for the Student's personal use only. Account details may not be shared; videos may not be downloaded, copied, recorded or passed to third parties. In case of breach, access is closed without refund and rights under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works are reserved.
7. Certificate
The specialist certificate is issued once the practice submissions in the curriculum are approved by the instructor. The certificate is an institutional certificate of Kartal Academy; [MEB / university accreditation info here]. Certificates can be verified by QR code and verification code at kartalakademi.com/sertifika.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed for the purposes and periods stated in the Privacy Notice (KVKK). Card details are not stored by Kartal Academy; payment takes place on the infrastructure of the licensed payment provider (iyzico).
9. Disputes
For disputes, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Student's place of residence have jurisdiction, and beyond those limits the Consumer Courts.
10. Entry into force
When the Student approves the agreement on the order page, this agreement is deemed concluded. A copy of the agreement is sent to the Student with the order confirmation email.
