Price and payment

Prices are in Turkish Lira including VAT. For card payment, the chosen installments and any interest surcharge are shown before payment. With bank transfer there is no interest surcharge. Card details are not seen or stored by Kartal Academy.

Delivery

With payment confirmation the content is unlocked in your account ("My lessons"). There is no physical delivery or shipping.

Right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for digital content performed instantly; nevertheless Kartal Academy offers an unconditional refund guarantee within 14 days, provided at most 20% of the lessons have been watched. Details: Distance Sales Agreement, Article 5.

Complaints and objections

You can contact bilgi@kartalakademi.com; for disputes that cannot be resolved you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Courts.
